Adrian Orr’s sudden resignation as Governor of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand at 1pm on Wednesday 5th March 2025 may be explained because he is one of the executives named by Janine in the Immediate Summary Judgement at Tauranga High Court that made Adrian insolvent and his holding office a criminal offence.
